Schema.js cleanup (#1540)

* Tidy up schemas router

* de-duplicate logic for injecting default schemas

* Remove no-op promise

* use hasClass

* Make getAllSchemas part of SchemaController

* Move getOneSchema logic onto schema controller

* remove log
