refactoring database code (#4448)

* refactoring database code

Starting to refactor the database code for better use of promises + ES6 generators, to prepare for ES7 await/async.

* Update PostgresStorageAdapter.js

* Update PostgresStorageAdapter.js

naming the transaction.
