Redefines the Pointer constraint input type from a custom scalar to
a simple ID.

Renames `objectId` to `id` for the GraphQL API. Queries, mutations,
custom and generic types were updated.
Removes `RELATION_INPUT` and `POINTER_INPUT`. Now the user just need
